Beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa with its own swimming pool and unique in out drive offers a great location. It is set on the executive development of Indian Creek within 1 mile of the West Hwy 192.
Indian Creek is an excellent location west of Disney in the sought after Formosa Drive area of Kissimmee. Its a quiet spot away from the traffic of Hwy 192 but still very close to everthing.
There is a childrens play area, soccer pitch, basketball court and tennis court available for guest to use.
Within a mile of the villa and you have to hand some fine restaurants such as The Outback Steak House, TGI Fridays, Carrabbas Italian eatery are just 3 minutes drive from the villa along with other shops supermarkets and banks.
Disney cab be reached in about 5 minutes, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild and Silver Springs are all within 15 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes along with Kennedy Space Centre, and within an hour of the villa are the Gulf Coast Beaches, Busch Gardens. If golf is your thing why not try some of the 35 golf courses all within 30 minutes drive of the villa, and the closest one is only two miles away.
The villa has two en-suite king size bedrooms and three twin bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 people (12 if the lounge sofa/bed is used). It is perfect for a family vacation and for groups of friends holidaying together. The heated screened pool and spa (Jacuzzi) and guarantees fun in the sunshine and the perfect spot to soak in the rays. Sit on our pool deck and watch the setting sun paint soothing pinks and purples in the sky as you sip your drinks. From the minute you open the door you are greeted by the attractive welcome of the villa. With large open spaces and soaring ceilings. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. It boasts air conditioning throughout to keep you cool and ceiling fans in the main areas. For the comfort of guests the inside of the villa is a no smoking area. However if you wish the pool area and Lanai can be utilised.
It is fully equipped with all home comforts including: cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, telephones, TVs, video and hi-fi, clock radios, hairdryers. The Main Room is light and airy with vaulted ceiling and three large skylights, with a formal dining table with 6 chairs and a lounge area with a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa,and coffee tables, cable TV, DVD, video, lamps and all furnishings to a luxury standard. Patio doors open out onto the Lanai and pool area.
The kitchen is open plan with high ceilings and plants tumbling down from the high wall recesses; the kitchen offers every modern convenience. Full oven and hob, dishwasher, double sink unit, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, electric can-opener, crockery, cutlery etc. Telephone. A table with 6 chairs provides the perfect breakfast and occasional eating area in the nook.
The pool area is fully screened with a private with a heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, The pool decking is especially designed to keep cool, even in direct sunlight. There is a covered 16' x 12' Lanai, which is a covered porch area overlooking the pool. Sun loungers and patio sets provided. The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any stray insect. For your privacy there is a fence darden around the pool area complete with palm tree, All doors leading to the pool are protected by electronic child alarms. The pool has a gas heater for use during the cooler months for which a charge will be made.
For your convenience all linen and towels, iron and ironing board are supplied. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush. The house is cleaned after each letting. The villa has a local management company to look after the property so in the unlikely event of a problem there is always someone available to help
